Metaheights Developers Private Limited

We are based in B-102 at B.C.M Paradise in Nipania. Metaheights Developers Private Limited is a small group of us working on various building projects around the area. Nipania has grown a lot, and we’ve been here to see most of it. Our office is just a regular room where we keep our files and meet with the guys from the construction crews. It isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, trying to make sure the bricks arrive or that the electrician is coming when he said he would. It’s mostly about managing all those little details that can slow a project down. Sometimes we're out on the site all day and the office stays locked. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on getting the structures up. People in the neighborhood know us, and we try to keep things simple when we talk about prices or timelines. There’s no point in making it sound more complicated than it is. Building things takes time and effort. We’ve had our share of delays and headaches, but that’s part of the trade. We just keep at it day by day. If you’re around Nipania, you might see us at one of the local spots for lunch. We're just local workers trying to do a solid job and finish what we start.
