Mayank Pulses

You can find Mayank Pulses over at Plot No.108 on Dev Guradia Road. We are tucked away in Dinesh Nagar, Palda, right behind where the Allahabad Bank sits. It’s a bit of an industrial area with a lot of warehouses and trucks moving around all day. We deal primarily with the sorting and packing of various pulses. The building is a large shed that stays relatively cool even when it’s hot outside, which is good for the stock. We have a couple of machines for cleaning the grains and a big scale for the heavy bags. It’s not the quietest place to work because of the traffic on Dev Guradia Road and the noise from the other businesses nearby. We don't really have a showroom or anything fancy like that. Most of our work is done in the back where we stack the bags high on wooden pallets. We get orders from local shops and sometimes from bigger traders in the city. Keeping track of the inventory is a constant task because bags are always moving in and out. The staff here is small but we’ve worked together for a long time. We usually have our lunch together in the corner of the warehouse. It’s a straightforward business and we focus on getting the orders ready on time. If you’re coming to see us, just look for the bank and drive around to the back gate.
