Our office is out at 18, Jawahar Tekari, along the Dhar Road in Sinhasa. It’s a bit away from the main rush of the city, which we actually prefer. Mastermaker Developers Private Limited is a small team of us working on various building projects. The Sinhasa area has its own pace, and it’s a bit more relaxed than the city center. We spend a lot of our time on-site, so the office is often empty for a few hours a day. When we are there, it’s mostly to catch up on the stuff that piles up on our desks. Construction is a messy business, and we usually have mud on our boots. We don't have any interest in being a big, corporate developer with a skyscraper office. We like being close to the ground and seeing things get built from the foundation up. It’s rewarding to see a plot of land turn into something useful for people. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just tell people what we’re doing and show them the work. It’s an honest living and it keeps us tired but satisfied at the end of the day. Dhar Road is a busy route, and we’ve become a familiar face to the people who live and work around here. We just take things one day at a time and focus on the job.
