If you know where C 21 Mall is on AB Road, then you pretty much know where Maas Buildcon Llp is. We are right opposite that busy area. It gets really noisy around here with all the cars and people heading to the mall, but it's where we’ve set up shop. Being in Scheme Number 54 in Indore means there is always something happening outside the window. Our office is more of a place to store files and take a quick break than anything else. Most of the real work happens out on the dusty sites. We’ve got a lot of stuff going on at once usually. Dealing with the Indore traffic to get to different parts of the city is probably the hardest part of the job. We don’t use those big corporate slogans because they don’t really mean much when you’re standing in a half-finished building. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or a supplier forgetting an order, and we have to scramble to fix things. It’s not a perfect system, but we make it work somehow. We’ve been around this part of Indore for a bit now and we like the energy here. It’s a lot of back and forth, but that’s construction for you. We just keep moving forward with whatever we have on the plate today. It is busy, messy, and mostly honest work.
