We are based out of Ef 23 in Scheme No 54, right in the Vijay Nagar area of Indore. Maa Kasturi Devcon Llp has been a part of this neighborhood for a while now. Vijay Nagar is always growing and changing, so there is no shortage of development work happening all around us. Our daily routine involves a lot of site visits and meeting with various workers and suppliers. The office is a little small, but it serves its purpose for our weekly meetings and keeping our files in order. We deal with various development and construction tasks across the city. Sometimes the paperwork really piles up on the desks, and it takes us a few days just to clear it all out and see the table again. We do not have a fancy website or a big marketing team to help us out. We just focus on the projects that are right in front of us. The traffic in this part of Indore can be a real headache when we are trying to move our equipment from one side of town to the other. We have gotten used to the fast pace of things here. Most of our guys have been working with us for several years, so we know each other well. We know the local suppliers and where to find the right materials at a fair price. It is straightforward work without any secrets. We just show up and do it.
