We are located at 82, Saket Nagar. It is a residential area mostly, but we run our development and building business from here. Having the office in Saket Nagar is nice because it is a bit quieter than the main city center. We do a mix of development and construction work. Most days involve looking at plans or talking to contractors. We are not a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us trying to make things happen. The office is basically just a room with some tables and chairs. We have piles of blueprints and samples of tiles and paint lying around. It looks like a place where people actually work. We do not use much fancy language to talk about what we do. We just build things. Sometimes we are ahead of schedule and sometimes we are behind, usually depending on the laborers or the rain. Saket Nagar is a good base for us to reach different parts of the city. We spend a lot of time driving out to sites to see how the work is progressing. It is a lot of practical problem-solving. If a wall is not right, we have to fix it. We just try to keep things simple and get the projects finished so we can move on to the next one. It is a long process but it is satisfying to see it done.
