We are over at Flat No. 503 A in the Shekhar Planet building. It’s in Block A, Pu 4 Scheme No. 54, right in the heart of Indore. Being on the fifth floor gives us a decent view of the neighborhood, but we usually have the blinds shut to keep the afternoon sun out. It’s a residential area, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We spend our days managing residences and keeping track of all the small details that come with building homes. The office feels more like a home itself, with a small kitchen area where we make way too much coffee. We have folders everywhere. Managing a residential LLP involves a lot of back-and-forth with the city offices and the utility companies. It’s not always easy to coordinate everything, and sometimes things get delayed. We try to be straightforward about it. Our team is small, just a handful of us who have been working together for a few years. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in town. We just want to make sure the flats we are working on are solid and that the people moving in won't have issues later on. Scheme 54 is a good place to be, and we feel lucky to have our base here. It’s a lot of late nights and early starts, but that’s just the nature of the job we chose.
