We are located at C 29 in Shankeshwar City, which is right by the village of Jhakya. Ldr Infrabuild (India) Llp has its main office here. It is an interesting spot because you have the newer city developments on one side and the older village feel on the other. Our office is a simple place where we manage all the infrastructure work we do around the area. It is not very big, but it has everything we need to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the field looking at project sites. Jhakya is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone, so news travels fast. We try to be a reliable part of the local community by just doing our work and not making a big scene. Construction and infrastructure can be a messy business, especially when the weather isn't cooperating. We have seen our fair share of mud and delays, but that is just part of the deal. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate speeches. We just show up in the morning, look at what needs to be done, and try to get it finished by the end of the day.
