LANDBRICK BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of the EVA Apartment on Jail Road. We are located right there in Puthiyara, which is a busy and loud part of Kozhikode. The office is usually a bit noisy because of all the traffic outside, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. Building stuff in a city like Kozhikode means you have to be quick but also very careful with the limited space you have. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the projects get finished. If you come by the 673004 area, you will see we are just regular people trying to do some decent work. We handle the bricks and the mortar and all the messy stuff that goes into making a building. It gets incredibly hot here in Kerala, so we try to get the heavy work done before the afternoon sun gets too bad for the crew. Sometimes we get stuck waiting for permits or materials to arrive at the site, which can be a real headache. But we just keep at it. We have been in this area for a bit and know the local suppliers pretty well. Our goal is just to finish the work we started without too much fuss. It is a practical business, really. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families.
