Out here in Jakhiya, things move at a certain pace. We are located at number 352 in Premium Paradise, which is a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city areas but it works for us. Kushraj Projects Private Limited is what we call the business, though mostly we just think of it as our daily work spot. The Sanwer tehsil area has been changing a lot lately. You see more buildings going up every time you drive through. Our office is a straightforward place. We don’t have those shiny glass walls you see in big cities. It’s more of a desk and chair kind of setup where we figure out the project details. Living and working around here means you get to know the locals and the way things operate on the ground. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, or the dust from the road gets everywhere, but we just keep at it. It’s a practical way to run a company. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there. We just want to make sure the work we do at Kushraj Projects stays solid. Being in Jakhiya gives us enough space to breathe away from the heavy traffic of the bigger hubs. It’s a decent place to be based. We aren't fancy, just busy.
