Kks Buildcon Private Limited

We’re over at 537, New Shiv Nagar, in the Phase-II part of Anand Nagar. It’s a quiet enough area for the most part, which is good when you’re trying to focus on paperwork. We’ve been running Kks Buildcon Private Limited from this spot and it suits us just fine. We aren't a huge outfit with hundreds of employees. It’s just a group of us who have spent most of our lives in the building trade. We know how to put things together and how to fix them when they go wrong. Construction can be a messy business, and we don't try to hide that. Our office usually has some dust on the floor and stacks of drawings on every flat surface. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you’ll usually find one of us answering the phone with a pen behind our ear. We do work all around the local area. People know us because we’ve been around for a bit and they see our trucks parked outside various sites. We don't go in for fancy slogans. We just tell people we’ll do the work for a fair price and try to get it done on time. Sometimes the rain slows us down, or a delivery is late, but we always show up eventually. Being in Anand Nagar is great because we’re close to the people we serve. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we enjoy it.
