Kingzroom Constructions is located over in Walhekarwadi, right near the Gurudwara in Chinchwad. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in that part of Pune. We’ve been operating from SNo. 132 for a while now. The team is mostly made up of guys who have been in the building trade for years. We aren't into those high-pressure sales tactics or flashy ads you see everywhere. We just handle construction projects for people who need them. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and tea cups, which is how a real work site office should be, I think. Chinchwad has changed a lot lately, and we’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up. We just try to do our part properly. We deal with all the usual headaches like labor stuff and getting permissions, but that’s just construction for you. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that. We just want to make sure the walls are straight and the roof doesn’t leak. If someone asks what we do, we just say we build stuff.
