You can find us at Kakkad Devcon Llp at the shopping complex in Omaxe City 1, at shop number 10. We are located right off the By Pass Road in Mayakhedi. It is a handy location for us because we can get onto the main road quickly to visit our different sites. We have been operating around here for a while now. Our office is small and usually a bit cluttered with site maps and folders. We do not spend much on making the place look like a luxury lounge. We would rather spend our time and energy on the actual construction work. We are a local outfit and we know the Mayakhedi area like the back of our hands. Most of our day involves talking to workers and making sure the supplies arrive on time. It is a practical business. We do not have a big mission statement or a team of people writing ads. We just show up and do the job. If someone wants to talk to us, they just come to the shopping complex. We are usually around during the day. We are not trying to be the biggest developers in the state. We just want to do solid work and keep our reputation clean with the people we work for. It is just regular people doing regular work, and we are fine with that. We keep it simple.
