Jnj Developers Private Limited is located over in Grand Exotica in the Bicholi Mardana area. Specifically, we are in Flat No. 202 on the second floor of Block Meadows 1. It’s more of a residential setup than a cold office building, which we actually prefer. It makes the long hours feel a bit more comfortable. Indore is a big city, and being out in Bicholi Mardana gives us a bit of a different perspective on things. We’re developers, so our days are filled with looking at land, talking to contractors, and trying to keep everything on schedule. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy office. Our space is filled with the stuff we actually need to get the job done—computers, site maps, and plenty of pens that usually run out of ink when you need them. We’ve had our share of late nights here in Flat 202, just trying to wrap up a project or get the numbers right. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We know the area well and we’ve seen how much it’s changed over the last few years. We’re just a small part of that change, working out of our second-floor spot. It gets a bit noisy when the neighbors are around, but we don't mind much.
