Jains Food

Jains Food is based at Shan Shanti Mandapam on Nath Mandir Road here in Indore Ho. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. We mostly handle food for the events that happen nearby and for people who know us in the neighborhood. Our setup is pretty simple. We don't have a big corporate office. Most of our work happens in the kitchen area where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a lot of chopping, stirring, and packing. Sometimes we are working through the night to get everything ready for a breakfast service the next day. It’s tiring, but we’re used to the pace by now. We don't really use any fancy words to talk about our food. We just cook what people ask for. The Nath Mandir Road area is always busy with people going to the temple or the market. We like being in the middle of it. We have a few guys who help us with the deliveries and the serving. They’ve been with us for years and they know how we like things done. We don't do much marketing. If the food is good, word gets around. That’s how we've always looked at it. We just try to stay honest and do the work that’s in front of us. It’s a local business, run by local people. We are just glad to be part of the community here. It keeps us going every day.
