We run things over at Highway & Tandon Tollways Private Limited. Our office is set up at 40, Panchvati, in the Janki Nagar area of Indore. Most days, we are busy dealing with the toll operations and the logistics that come with it. It isn't a fancy job, but it keeps us on our toes. The team here has been working from this Indore spot for a while now. We handle the paperwork, the staff schedules, and making sure the tolling process doesn't get backed up more than it has to. Sometimes the phone rings all day, other times it is quiet while we sort through maintenance logs. Living and working in Madhya Pradesh means we know these roads pretty well. We aren't trying to be some big corporate machine; we are just a group of people making sure the highway business stays moving. It’s a lot of coordination between the folks on the ground and the ones here in the office. We spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets or talking to drivers. It’s practical work. If you ever come by Janki Nagar, you’ll find us there doing what needs to be done. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks that keep the tollways functioning. It’s simple, really. We just show up, do the work, and then head home at the end of the day.
