Hidden Flavour Private Limited

Hidden Flavour Private Limited is tucked away in the Sudama Nagar area. We are located at 143-C Siddhi Puram Colony. It is a nice little spot in a part of Indore that stays pretty active throughout the day. We chose this name because we feel like there are always new tastes to find when you are working in a kitchen. We spend most of our hours here working on different recipes and seeing what works for the people. It is a small team, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. The building is just a regular house that we have converted to fit our needs. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello or see what we are cooking up that day. We do not have a big sign out front or anything like that. We prefer to keep things low key and focus on the food itself. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and try to stay cool while we do the prep work. Getting supplies delivered to the colony can be a bit of a challenge with the narrow streets, but the delivery drivers know us now. We just want to make stuff that people actually want to eat more than once. There is a lot of cleaning and prep work involved that nobody ever sees from the outside. It is just us doing our thing in our own corner of the city. We hope to stay here for a long time.
