Rajshree Dal Bafle

You can find us right at the Sarwate Bus Stand in Indore. It is a very busy spot as you can imagine. Buses are always pulling in and out and there is a lot of shouting and dust. We do Dal Bafle here every day. It is the main thing people want when they come to this part of town. Our place is not very large and it can get quite hot when the stoves are going full blast. We start early because the buses start early. The area around 452001 is always moving. Some people eat fast because they have a bus to catch, others sit for a bit longer if they have a delay. We see a lot of different faces from all over. The tables are basic and we don't spend much on decorations. It is more about getting the food out to hungry travelers. Sometimes we run out of space during the lunch rush. You just have to find a seat where you can. The floor gets a bit messy when it rains but that is just how it is at a bus stand. We have been here at Sarwate for a good while now. It’s a loud place but it’s where we work. If you are traveling through Indore, you will probably end up near us anyway. Just look for the sign near the ticket counters and the buses. We are here from morning until the evening.
