Om Ke Namkeen

We are located at 1/2, Chainsingh Ka Bageecha, right near Gangaur Sweets in New Palasia. Most people know this area because of the food. At Om Ke Namkeen, we fit right in with the local vibe. Our place is usually filled with the smell of spices and frying oil. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy from the time we open until we shut the shutters at night. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us making the snacks and selling them to whoever walks in. The floor is usually a bit slippery if we aren't careful, and the heat from the kitchen can get pretty intense in the summer. We spend our days weighing out bags of namkeen and making sure the crunch is right. Sometimes we run out of a certain type and people get a bit annoyed, but we just tell them to come back tomorrow. It’s a very local way of doing things. Our neighbors at Gangaur Sweets are always busy too, so there are always people walking around this part of New Palasia. We have some regulars who have been buying from us for years. They don't come for a fancy experience; they just want something good to eat with their tea. We keep the place simple and focus on the snacks. It’s not a corporate setup, just a hardworking shop in the bageecha, trying to make the snacks we have always made for the people in our neighborhood.
