We are located at 277, Mmig Ii, over in the Mda Colony area of Azad Nagar. Gulzar Infracon Private Limited is basically run out of this residential-style block. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood most of the time, though the mornings can get a little hectic with people heading to work. Our space is tucked away in the colony, so it feels more like a local spot than a big corporate office. We’ve got a desk and some chairs, and that’s about it. People know us around here. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask what we're up to. It is a bit cramped when everyone shows up at once, but we make it work. The address is 277, and it's easy to find if you know Azad Nagar. We chose this place because it's where we feel comfortable. There is a small shop around the corner where we get our snacks. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the name on the door. Working from Mda Colony means we are close to everything we need. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at plans on the table. It’s not a high-rise office, just a solid place to get things done. We keep the files organized as best as we can. It feels like a real part of the community here. Gulzar Infracon Private Limited has been here a while now and we don't plan on moving anywhere else for the time being.
