Gorani Developers Llp is based out of the Gorani Compound at 41 Kesarbagh Road in Indore. It’s a familiar spot for many people around here. We’ve been working out of this compound for quite some time, and it serves as our main base for all the development projects we take on. Indore is a fast-growing city, so there is always something needing to be built or fixed. We aren't the type of people who sit in air-conditioned offices all day pretending to be important. We are usually out at the sites, making sure the foundations are being poured correctly and the materials are what they are supposed to be. Development is a tricky business because there are always unexpected delays, whether it is the rain or a machine breaking down. We just deal with it as it comes. Our office doesn't have any of those motivational posters or fancy rugs. It is just a place to get the work done. We talk plainly and expect the same from the people we work with. Most of our business comes from word of mouth because we’ve been in the Indore area long enough that people know who we are. We don't need a big website or a social media manager. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to get them finished without too much fuss. That’s our way of doing things and it has worked for us.
