Gokhru Construction Llp

We are based in the Shri Vardhan Complex, specifically room 303 on Rnt Marg. Being on Rnt Marg means it’s always busy outside, which keeps us energized. Gokhru Construction Llp is a small team and we’ve been operating from this office for a few years. It’s a typical office setup with plenty of coffee and paper everywhere. Most of our work involves the planning and management side of construction projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone with site supervisors and checking on material costs. It's a lot of juggling different things at once. Sometimes we have to deal with delays that aren't our fault, like the truck breaking down or the rain coming in early. We just take it as it comes and try to find a solution. We aren't the type to use big, impressive words. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. People stop by the office to discuss their plans, and we just give it to them straight. There’s no point in overpromising. We just do the work we say we’re going to do. The office might be a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We’ve been part of the local business scene here for a while and plan to stay. We just keep the files moving and make sure the site crews have their instructions clearly laid out.
