Gk Furniture

Our shop is at 439 Lig Ii, which is part of Scheme No. 71. It is a straightforward place where we handle all kinds of furniture work. We have been here long enough that most of the people in the scheme know where we are. Usually, the day starts with unloading wood or checking on the pieces we started the day before. We have chairs, tables, and cabinets sitting around in various stages of being finished. It’s a bit messy, to be honest. There are tools everywhere and the floor is usually covered in shavings. We don’t really mind it because that’s just how a workshop looks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy display. If someone wants a new bed or a shelf, they just walk in and talk to us. We use simple tools and do things by hand mostly. The lighting isn't the best in the back, but we make it work. Sometimes we sit on the finished benches outside just to catch a breeze. Scheme No. 71 is a quiet enough area, which helps when we need to concentrate on a tricky cut. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. It’s just a few of us here at Gk Furniture making things that people need for their homes. We don't spend money on flyers or ads. People find us by word of mouth or just by walking past the shop on their way home after work.
