Our place is at 109 Govind Colony, over in the Kila Maidan area. It’s not a fancy neighborhood, but it’s where we’ve always been. The shop floor is always a bit dusty because of the trucks moving around outside. We make and sell things under the Aim Products name, mostly just keeping our heads down and working. There are five of us here most days. We start early, around eight, and get the machines or the packing tables ready. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the street. The building is just a standard concrete structure, nothing special to look at. We keep our inventory stacked in the back. If someone comes in looking for something, we usually have to move three or four boxes just to find the right one. That’s just how we operate. We’ve known the people in Govind Colony for a long time, so we often stop to talk when we’re moving stuff. It’s a busy spot, especially in the afternoons when the heat picks up. We don't spend money on big signs or anything like that. We just focus on the orders we have. Some days are slow and we just sit around and talk, but other days we are working late into the evening. It’s a simple life and it keeps us going. We’ve been here so long that the walls are a bit stained.
