Ghanshyam Dall Mill

Ghanshyam Dall Mill is located at 11/14/A in Udhyog Nagar. We are right in the heart of Navlakha. It’s a busy area with a lot of movement every day. The mill is where we spend all our time. You can usually hear the machines hum from the street before you even walk in. There’s always a bit of dust in the air because of the grain, but that’s just part of the job. We have been here for a long time, and the building reflects that. It’s sturdy but definitely shows its age. We process the pulses and get them ready for the bags. It’s hard work and the days are long. Usually, we start before the sun is fully up to beat the heat. My cousins and I take turns watching the machines. We don’t have any fancy titles here. Everyone just chips in where they can. If a bag tears, we sew it up. If a machine stops, we fix it. We don’t go for big marketing or advertisements. Most of our customers have been coming to Navlakha to see us for years. They know the address 11/14/A by heart. It’s a simple life running a mill, and we’re okay with that. We just focus on getting the work done right so we can go home. There is no need for anything more complicated than that for our staff.
