GAURIK DEVCON PRIVATE LIMITED is located at Plot Number 1, Rani Bagh Main. We are right near Sachi Point, out in the Limbodi area on Khandwa Road in Indore. It’s a good location for us because it’s easy for people to find once they get onto Khandwa Road. We mostly deal with land development and building projects. Our office is a simple place where we keep our maps and site documents. It’s not a big corporate headquarters with a lot of staff. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling the daily tasks and talking to clients. We've spent a lot of time in this part of Indore, so we’ve seen how much it has changed over the years. Being near Rani Bagh means we are close to a lot of growing residential areas. We don't go in for using flashy words to get attention. We just show people what we are working on and let the projects speak for themselves. There is a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, which can be a bit of a headache, but we’ve gotten used to it. We try to make sure every person who comes to us gets a clear explanation of what’s happening with their project. We are just local people trying to run a decent business.
