Firstproject Developers Llp is based at 269 Jawahar Marg in the Rajmohalla area. It is a pretty central location, and the building we are in has been around for quite some time. We are a small group of people working together. Our office is not very big, but it is where all the planning happens. There is usually a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to the sounds of the city after a while. We spend our days going over project details and meeting with people who want to build something new or fix up something old. We do not use a lot of fancy words or try to impress anyone with big talk. We just show them what we are currently working on. Rajmohalla is a lively place with a lot of character, and we like being part of it. The office is often full of rolls of blueprints and sticky notes everywhere. We try to keep a casual atmosphere because it makes the work go smoother for everyone. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just deal with it and keep moving. We have a lot of experience with the local regulations and how things actually get done in this part of town. It is mostly just hard work and being persistent. If you want to chat about a project, we are usually around, unless we are out at a site.
