We've been at Treasure Fantasy Cat Rau Road for a while now. Most days here start early before the sun gets too hot. There's a lot of dust from the sites nearby in Rangwasa. My desk is usually covered in site plans and half-empty chai cups. We spend a lot of time talking to the contractors and checking if the cement arrived on time. It's not always smooth. Sometimes the trucks get stuck or the weather messes with the schedule. People around here know us as the folks who are always running between the site and the office. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a couple of desks, some chairs, and a lot of files piled up. If you walk down the road towards the cat area, you’ll see our boards. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with land and buildings means a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls to lawyers and government offices. It gets tiring by the evening, but that is just how the construction business goes around here. We have a small team, mostly local guys who know the streets and the soil here. We don't spend much on advertising because the work usually speaks for itself when people drive past the sites. It’s a messy job sometimes, but we like being part of how this road is changing.
