Ecoterra Construction Solutions Private Limited is over at 31 Kautilya Nagar. We are pretty close to the B.M.P camp, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. The office is in a quiet part of the neighborhood, so it’s actually a nice place to get work done without too much noise. We focus on construction solutions, which sounds a bit technical, but really it just means we try to figure out the best way to build things without wasting a lot of materials. The building we are in is just a regular house that we’ve repurposed. There are trees out front that give some good shade in the summer. Inside, it’s mostly just us and a couple of laptops. We don’t have a fancy boardroom or anything like that; we usually just sit around the kitchen table to talk through our plans. It’s a small team, and we all wear many hats. One day I might be doing the books and the next I’m out at a site checking on the foundation. We like it that way because it keeps things interesting. We aren't looking to become a giant firm with hundreds of employees. We just want to do our work in Kautilya Nagar and help people with their building needs. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where the door is usually open and the tea is always hot.
