We’ve been running Dham Food Industries Private Limited out of this spot at 31, Anurag Nagar for a while now. If you know the area near Shalimar, you’ve probably passed by us without even realizing it. It’s not a huge, flashy building or anything, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Being in Indore means the weather can get pretty hot, so we usually try to get the heavy lifting finished early in the morning before the sun really starts hitting the front of the shop. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, but you get the usual traffic from people heading toward the main road. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling the food processing and making sure the supplies are packed right. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don’t have a big team of corporate people in suits; it’s just a few folks who know how to handle the machinery and keep the floors clean. Sometimes the deliveries show up a bit late because of the narrow streets around Anurag Nagar, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep things moving steadily. Most days involve checking the inventory and talking to the drivers. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when we have a big batch of stuff coming in, but that’s just how the food business goes. We like being here because it’s central enough to get around.
