Dhairya Realtech Private Limited

You can find us at 356, Chela Ram Compound. That’s where Dhairya Realtech Private Limited is based out of. It’s an old compound, and our office is just one of the doors in the row. We do a lot of stuff related to local property and small tech things for buildings. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for the three or four of us who are here every day. Most of the time, the phones are ringing or we’re out meeting someone at a site. Chela Ram Compound has a lot of history, and we’ve been here for a while now. We don’t really have a big team of sales people. It’s mostly just us answering questions and trying to figure out the best way to handle a project. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for a few days, but that’s just how it is with real estate and tech stuff. It’s a lot of checking documents and making sure everything is where it should be. We eat lunch together at the desk most days. It’s a bit of a routine, but we like it. People drop by sometimes just to say hello or ask about a piece of land nearby. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay busy and do things the right way.
