We’re based out of 1-9-D Shri Ji Veli, which is over in a quiet part of Indore. Devanshi and Himesh started this construction company because we both had a bit of experience in the trade and wanted to do something on our own. It’s a small operation, just an OPC, so we handle almost everything ourselves. From the first brick to the final cleanup, we’re usually right there on the site. Construction in a city like Indore can be tricky with the narrow streets and the heat, but we manage. Our day usually starts before the sun is fully up so we can get a head start on the pouring or the framing. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is how we get most of our work. If you do a good job on one house, the neighbor might ask you to fix their roof or build an extension. That’s how we’ve kept going. It’s honest work and it keeps us tired but satisfied. We’re just two people trying to build things that last. Sometimes we run into delays with materials, or the rain stops us for a few days, but that’s just construction for you. We keep our tools at the Shri Ji Veli address and that’s where we do all our planning. It’s a simple setup for a couple of builders. We don't mind the mess that comes with the job, as long as the end result looks right to us.
