CHRISTA ONE CONDOMINIUMS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of the Christa One Tower. We’re on the ground floor in Village Nipania, specifically within Apollo DB City in Indore. The area has really grown lately, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is where we handle the day-to-day stuff for the condominiums. It’s a lot of answering phones and talking to people who live in the buildings. We try to keep things organized, but with so many people coming and going, it can get a little messy on the desks. We aren't trying to be some high-end luxury brand. We are just local people managing local homes. The traffic in 452010 can be tough, especially near the main roads, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time walking around the property making sure everything is working like it should. If a pipe leaks or a light goes out, we're the ones who hear about it. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. We just have our ground floor office where anyone can walk in. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We focus on the buildings and the people who live in them. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything running, but we have a small team that works hard every day. We’ve been in Indore a long time.
