CHITRA DEVBUILD PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of Flat Number 403 in Shiv Sagar Palace. It’s right there at 28, Amitesh Nagar, which is part of Scheme Number 59. It’s a bit of a different setup because we are basically working out of a residential building. It feels more like a home than a sterile office, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. There are always people coming and going in the hallways, and you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day. We deal with a lot of local development stuff, so there are always blueprints spread out on the dining table or the desks we crammed into the spare room. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby. If someone wants to talk to us, they usually just give us a call or come up to the fourth floor. It keeps things quiet and private. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking on site progress across Indore. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The sun sets right behind the building, and that’s usually when we start wrapping things up for the day. It’s just us doing our part in Amitesh Nagar, keeping things moving one floor at a time without any big fuss or unnecessary noise. We like the way the flat stays cool in the summer, which is good when we are stuck doing paperwork.
