So, CHETANAADYA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Hubli. To be specific, we're up on the 3rd floor, TF-01, in Flat No 21. That's in D Block of the Reddy Colony over in Vidyanagar. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more often than we'd like. We share the space with a few other offices in the building, but it works for us. Dharwad is where we do most of our business. Being in Karnataka, specifically this part of Hubli, keeps us pretty busy with local stuff. We aren't a massive firm with glass walls and suits. It's more of a place where we sit down with blueprints and figure things out. Sometimes the traffic in Reddy Colony gets a bit crowded during the afternoons when schools let out. We've been at No 566+558 B for a bit now. It feels like home after a while. Most of the guys here are from around the area. We just try to keep the projects moving. There’s always someone on the phone or looking at a schedule. It isn't always pretty, and the office gets a bit messy when we're in the middle of a big job. Hubli is growing fast, so there's always something new happening down the street. We try to keep up with it all from our little flat. The stairs can be a real pain when you're carrying heavy files, but it keeps us fit. We've got a small balcony too.
