Avika Infra Private Limited is based in Bhopal, specifically at K-55 on the ground floor of Kadambini Parisar Phase-1 in Baghmugalia. It is a residential kind of neighborhood, which makes for a relatively calm place to have an office. We aren't some distant company based in a skyscraper; we are right here on the ground floor where people can find us. Our daily routine usually involves a lot of back-and-forth between this office and various sites around Bhopal. We do a lot of infrastructure work, which means we are often dealing with soil, concrete, and heavy machinery. The team here is pretty small, and we all know each other’s families and stories. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk about our work. Instead, we just focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the drainage is right or the walls are level. Bhopal is a city that is constantly changing, and we are glad to be a small part of that growth. Our office usually has a few stacks of files and some samples of building materials lying around. It’s not the neatest place, but it shows that we are actually working. We don't have a corporate mission statement pinned to the wall. We just show up every day, check the weather, and get to work on whatever project is currently on our schedule. It is simple and it works for us.
