AVIDEAL CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is found at the residence of Jaiprakash Kumar, who is the son of Bengali Rai. The office is located in Gosaitola, right in the lane near the K.D.J. School. It is near the Sadakat Ashram in Patna, which is a very well-known landmark in this part of the city. The lane is quite narrow, so it can be a bit of a squeeze if two cars try to pass each other. We do most of our construction planning from this small office. It’s a very local operation. You can often hear the kids from the school playing nearby during the day. Jaiprakash stays busy with the local contractors and making sure the supplies like steel and cement are delivered to the right spots. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a reception desk. It’s just a room with a couple of fans and a few chairs for guests. Most of the people who come to see us are neighbors or people who have known the family for years. We handle small to medium building jobs around the city. The work is often dusty and tiring, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it’s just routine now. We don't spend money on big ads. Instead, we just focus on finishing the current job so we can move to the next one. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us and the people we build for.
