We are over at 38, Ashirwad Palace, in Flat No. 102. It is in Saraswati Nagar, here in Indore. The building is easy to spot once you get onto the main road in the neighborhood. Our office is inside the apartment complex, which makes it feel a bit more like home than a cold business office. We have a few desks set up in the main room and a small kitchen where we make tea. Working in construction and infrastructure means we are always dealing with a lot of moving parts. There are always phone calls to make to the sites and people stopping by with delivery notes or questions. We have a lot of binders filled with permits and plans. It is not always perfectly neat, but we have a system that works for us. Saraswati Nagar is a nice area, and we like the community feel of it. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello. We spend a lot of our days driving out to various spots around Indore to check on the progress of our builds. It is a lot of manual work and checking details. We don't use any fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and paper are just better for sketching out an idea on the fly. We are just a bunch of regular people who know how to build things and we enjoy staying busy here.
