Being in Indore, things move pretty fast, but we try to keep our pace steady. We handle a lot of local construction and development tasks. It’s not glamorous work. Most of our time goes into managing sites and making sure the materials arrive on time. We’ve got a small crew that knows their way around a building project. We don't go for big advertising campaigns. Usually, people hear about us through someone they know. The office is a simple place where we meet to discuss the day’s plan. There’s always some coffee going and a few stacks of papers that need signing. We’ve lived in Madhya Pradesh for a long time, so we understand how things work here. Building things takes patience and a lot of follow-up. We try to be honest with folks about timelines and costs because surprises aren't good for anyone. Saket Nagar is a nice place to be based. It’s central enough for us to get to our different projects without too much trouble. We don't pretend to be a giant corporation. We’re just a local outfit doing what we know how to do.
