Amar Moti Agro Foods Llp is over at number 131 in the Janki Nagar Extension area of Indore. We are quite close to the Sukh Dham Apartments, which is the main landmark we give to people who are trying to find us for the first time. The extension is a bit quieter than the main city center, which is nice for a change. We deal with agro-based food products, so there is always a bit of a mess with grain or seeds on the floor, no matter how much we sweep. It’s an LLP, so it’s a small group of partners running the show. We don’t have fancy titles or a strict hierarchy; whoever is closest to the phone picks it up, and whoever is free helps unload the trucks. The Indore weather means we have to be really careful about how we store things so they don't spoil or get damp during the rains. Our building is a simple one, nothing that would stand out from the street. We spend most of our hours checking the quality of the incoming stock and making sure the outgoing bags are sewn shut properly. It’s tiring work, and your back usually hurts by five o’clock, but that’s the reality of the agro business. We don't have any big corporate goals or mission statements pinned to the wall. We just try to keep the business running and make sure the bills are paid.
