You can find us over at 405 Rajani Bhawan on M.G. Road. It’s right in the middle of Indore, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. The office is usually a bit chaotic. We have people coming in and out, talking about various infra projects we have going. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get our work done. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we know that things don’t always go according to the initial plan. We deal with a lot of local vendors and contractors. There’s a lot of talk about costs and timelines, which is just the nature of the business. M.G. Road is a busy spot, and sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear on the phone, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do decent work and keep our projects moving. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right people are in the right places. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local spots nearby and talk shop. It’s a very practical environment. We don't use big words or pretend to be something we aren't. We just do our jobs and try to go home on time. There is always a stack of blueprints on the table that need looking at.
