Our office is based in Scheme Number 94, specifically at 212-Sec-B. It is a pretty normal part of Indore. We deal with food and beverages, which means we spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking inventory lists. It is not a very exciting job, but it is important to keep things moving. We are a small team and we do not have any big corporate layers. If someone has a question, they just shout across the room. The building is simple and easy to find. We have a few desks, some old computers, and a lot of paper files. The food business can be stressful because you have to worry about dates and making sure nothing goes to waste. Sometimes the power goes out in the middle of the day and we just have to wait it out or use our phones. It is just part of living and working in Madhya Pradesh. We have been around for a while and we know how the local market works. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just talk to our suppliers and customers like regular people. Some days are very slow and we just sit around drinking tea and talking about local news. Other days are a mess and we are working late to finish the paperwork. It is just a basic business trying to do its part in the city.
