Agrawal Constructions has its main spot in Indore, over at B-9 in Scheme No. 51. If you know Indore, you know Scheme 51 is a busy area with a lot of stuff going on. We’ve been operating from here for a while now, focusing on construction jobs that come our way. The office is tucked away in the scheme, and it’s where we do all the planning and talk to the contractors. We aren’t really into the whole corporate lifestyle; we prefer wearing boots and being out where the actual building happens. Indore is a fast-growing city, so there’s always something new being put up, and we try to stay busy with our share of it. The paperwork can be a headache sometimes, especially with all the regulations, but we’ve got a system that works for us. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. Whether it’s a small renovation or a bigger project, we take it as it comes. Usually, the office is a bit messy with samples of tiles or cement bags sitting in the corner, but that’s how a real construction office should look. We’ve got a small team that’s been together for a long time, and we mostly just rely on each other to get things done. It’s a lot of hard work, but seeing a project finally finished makes it all worth the trouble.
