We are down on the ground floor of Orvile Tower. It is part of the Apollo Db City area on Nipania Road. Adbc Block E Condominiums Privatelimited is the name on the door. It is a bit of a mouthful to say, but we just focus on the Block E part mostly. Working in Nipania is busy because there is always something new being built nearby. Our office is in Block-1. It is a convenient spot because people can just walk in right from the street. We deal with the day-to-day stuff that comes with managing condominiums and housing. It is not always easy work. Sometimes a pipe leaks in the middle of the night or there is a problem with the parking, and we have to deal with it. We do not have a big corporate hierarchy here. It is just us answering the phones and talking to the residents about their issues. We have been here since the tower was relatively new. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the construction on Nipania Road, but we keep it tidy enough for visitors. We do not make big promises to anyone. We just try to keep the place running like it should. It is a lot of small tasks that add up by the end of the day. We are not trying to be the biggest property company in Indore. We just want to make sure this specific block is taken care of properly. Most days are just spent making sure things are okay.
