Vijay Saradhi Solution

Vijay Saradhi Solution is at 56, RCM Complex, near Kothaguda X Roads in Kondapur. If you know that area, you know it’s always crowded with cars and bikes. Our office in the RCM Complex is a small space where we manage our day-to-day operations. It's not a big fancy office with glass walls. We have some sturdy wooden desks and computers that have been with us for a while. The noise from the crossroads is constant, but after a few months, you stop noticing it. We spend our time here working on various solutions for our clients. It’s a lot of screen time and talking on the phone. Sometimes the building maintenance is a bit slow, but we manage just fine. We have a small corner where we keep our files and some extra cables. Kondapur has grown so much around us, but our little corner in the complex stays pretty much the same. We don’t have a big team, just a few people who show up and get the work done. We usually grab lunch from one of the nearby stalls because the food there is okay and fast. We don't have any formal meetings, we just talk across the desks. It’s a practical way to work. We are just a local business trying to keep things moving and stay on top of our workload every day. It's a bit of a grind sometimes, but we are used to the pace of this neighborhood.
