Our place is at Plot No 2-31/1 in Izzath Nagar. We are really close to the NAC Grounds in Kondapur, which is a part of town that has really taken off lately with all the new construction. We do a mix of security and property management, which means we’re always busy with something or other. Whether it’s checking on a building or making sure the guards are at their stations, there’s never a dull moment during the week. Kondapur is full of new developments and IT parks, so there’s a lot of demand for what we do. We have a small office where we handle all the management side of things. It’s usually cluttered with keys, site maps, and duty rosters. We don't put on airs or pretend to be more than we are. We’re just a local team trying to keep up with the fast pace of Izzath Nagar. Sometimes it’s hard to find good staff because everyone is moving so fast in this city, but we do our best to hire decent people who will show up. We don't use any fancy corporate language or have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, check the logs, and make sure the properties we look after are being cared for. It’s practical work that requires us to be on our toes. Being near the NAC Grounds is great because it’s a landmark everyone recognizes, making it easy for people to find our little office.
