We operate out of Flat 302 in Sri Sai Nilayam Apartments, which is Plot 377 in Pragathinagar. If you know where the cricket ground is in Kukatpally, then we are right across from that. It’s a nice spot, though it gets quite loud whenever there’s a match going on. Being in an apartment means we don't have a storefront, so we do most of our work over the phone or by going out to meet people. We handle a lot of different things related to hospitality, like helping out with supplies or figuring out how to run things better for small guesthouses. It’s just a few of us here, and sometimes the living room feels more like a warehouse with all the files and samples we have lying around. Pragathinagar has grown so much lately, and there are always new places opening up that need a bit of help getting organized. We aren't some massive agency; we’re just local folks who know the industry and want to help other businesses stay afloat. Sometimes we’re working late into the evening because that’s just when the hospitality world is most active. We don't use fancy brochures or anything like that. We just talk to people, see what they need, and try to find a solution that works for their situation. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, but we enjoy the pace of it all. Working from the apartment keeps our costs down so we can stay practical for everyone.
