Eagles Head Facilities Management

Our office is in Flat 106 of the Vijayadurga Apartments. We are in A.S. Rao Nagar, near the Ecil Cross Roads. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. Eagles Head Facilities Management is basically us taking care of buildings and offices. We handle things like cleaning, repairs, and making sure the lights and water are working. It’s a lot of coordination. Sainathpuram is a nice area, and we have many clients nearby. We aren't a giant company; we just have a small crew and some reliable vendors we call. Our office has a few computers and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times the phone won’t stop ringing because someone’s pipe burst or an elevator stopped working. We try to get to everyone as fast as we can. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one. People in the apartment complex know us well. It’s about being there when someone has a problem with their property. We’ve been doing this from this flat for a few years now. It’s practical work that people always need. We don't use big management words; we just fix what’s broken and keep things clean. Managing facilities is a lot about being available at the right time. We just keep at it every single day and try to stay on top of the list.
