This business runs out of a house in Tilak Nagar, over in the New Nallakunta area. It’s house number 2-2-1167/158, and it feels more like a home than a regular office. We’ve got desks set up in what used to be the living area. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent coordinating with staff and checking in on the different sites we look after. There’s always someone coming or going, usually a guard picking up a new uniform or someone dropping off a time sheet. We keep a big pot of tea going most of the morning because it helps get through the long list of calls we have to make. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads, which is nice. We’ve got some files stacked up in the corner and a white board that’s covered in notes and names. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical place where we get our work done. We’ve been in this part of Hyderabad for quite a while now, and we know the local shops and the people around here. It’s just us doing our bit to keep things running smoothly for the people who rely on us for their security. We stay late most nights making sure the night shift is all set.
