V Tech Facility Services is over at H.No- 23-178/4 in Bhanu Residency. We are located right behind the Trident Hospital in the Madhura Nagar area of Shamshabad. It’s a bit of a quiet residential spot, which is a nice break from the busier parts of Shamshabad. Having the hospital as a landmark is really helpful when we’re giving directions to new staff or clients. The office is part of a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We handle various facility services from here, which basically means a lot of phone calls and scheduling for maintenance and cleaning crews. The space inside Bhanu Residency is simple and functional. We have our computers and files set up in a way that works for us, even if it might look a bit cluttered to an outsider. It’s a small team here, and we all know each other well. We usually start the day with some tea and go over the list of things that need to be done. Since we are in Madhura Nagar, it's easy for us to get to different parts of the city when we need to check on a job. We don’t have any polished marketing materials or a big corporate philosophy. We just focus on getting the facility work done and making sure the jobs we take on actually get finished properly. It’s just us working out of a house in a quiet neighborhood.
